Is it Safe to shop on Rubi Rocket?
Rubi Rocket takes pride in offering a safe environment to shop in and enter your personal information. Our site is secured with GeoTrust, which means any info you enter into our site is encrypted, this ensures a SAFE and SECURE shopping experience.
As well as offering a secure store we also promise to respect your privacy and in no way would we pass any of your details over to a third party.
How are your products made?
All our items are laser-cut in our own studio. We use strong acrylic perspex plastic to create our designs. None of our designs are made by an outside source, we make every design from scratch.
We are proud to be Australian Made and Designed.
Can I get my purchase Gift Wrapped?
All our jewellery items already come perfectly packaging in a cute little Tin with clear lid, ready for gift giving. The only exception being if you order is a large custom name with alot of letters, this will not fit in the tin.
How do I Care for my Acrylic perspex pieces?
- To ensure your jewellery stays in top notch condition, please keep all acrylic and findings away from alcohol, water and cosmetics (particularly mirrored perspex)
- Acrylic can scratch easily, so please treat kindly
- To clean/polish acrylic use a dry cleaning cloth (like chux etc) or a dry glasses cleaning cloth and rub marks off gently.
Why does the price change of every product each time I log in?
- Our base prices are in Australian dollars, so when you use our currency converter, the price changes to your international currency. When this is done the price is affected because the Australian dollar exchange rate changes frequently.
Our Australian price stays the same, unless of course we are on sale.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email after I ordered?
If you have made a payment through paypal with an echeck your order may not have processed correctly, as paypal is not confirming back to us the order info (only on echecks, all other paypal methods will work fine) If you do not receive an order confirmation in your email, please contact us, if we have not contacted you first.
Can I use your pictures for my own use?
No, all pictures are copyright by us, please do not use in myspace or any other such websites unless approved by us.
The only exceptions are adding them to bookmark/shopping sites or if you have a blog and would like to place a picture in it as a feature (we would love that) please email us with the blog details so we can put a link back to you guys.
Why can't I find my previous order?
We clear our orders every few months to keep our data storage from filling up, however if you require this information you can contact us for the details as all orders are on file.
Do you sell wholesale?
YES, If you are a retail store please contact us for information and prices. At the moment we are not supplying to selected online web stores, we do not supply to auction site stores like ebay.
What are the measurements of your t-shirts?
Only sizes listed are available, all other sizes are sold out.
Shipping, Payment & Orders
How long will it take to ship and get to me?
Due to our items being custom made, we will ship your item to you within 4 days. This is due to it being personalized just for you. We will email you when your order is shipped.
Australian Post
Australian posted items should reach their destination within a few days of being posted. WA, SA and TASSIE maybe a few days longer due to the distance.
postage is now from $4.35, due to Australian post putting all of the prices up. Please use shipping calculator located in shopping cart to get the exact amount
International Post
International postage rates have now changed, due to Australian postage putting the price up and anything that is not a flat letter is now viewed as a parcel. We can not get around this, as all international mail has to go through the post office.
So unfortunately postage is now from $10.80. Please use shipping calculator located in shopping cart to get exact price.
International orders arrive within 1 - 2 weeks of purchase, normally 2 weeks
How can I pay?
We accept online payments through Paypal (visa etc) Australian money order and Australian bank deposit
Paypal is a fast and secure way of making payments, as all your account details are on a highly secured site, no account information is available to us the seller. We can not access any of your bank info which makes it the safest way to shop online. It is also ok if you do not have a paypal account, as you can still easily make your payments through paypal without signing up.
Money order and direct deposit is only available to Australian buyers

Can I Return or Exchange my items?
Sorry we do not offer returns due to health regulations, but if your item is delivered broken or not as described we will happily exchange it for you.
If this happens please contact us straight away, return it to us within 2 weeks and we will gladly exchange your item for you.
We try our best to pack our products so this doesn't happen but when and if it does, we are only too happy to replace your purchase.
Can I order a custom design?
YES, we can offer custom orders at your request.
We have done custom designs for Bands, Promo's and logo branding. We require a picture and approx size for a quote. Minimum orders apply. Please contact us for more details.
What do you do with my account information?
When you create a profile with Rubi Rocket, the benefits will allow you to shop faster, track the status of your current order and review your previous orders. Minimal information about you is required (your name, mailing address, and email address) and will be used only to process your order. Rubi Rocket will never distribute your personal information to third parties for any purpose as your privacy is important to us.
